Furthermore I acknowledge that if for any reason and at any time this information proves false or incomplete and shall make the horse ineligible for registration in this Registry, the Pure Bred Akhal-Teke General Studbook and/or the Akhal-Teke Horse Registry, Inc. shall exercise its right and shall exclude this horse together with all of it’s descendants from the Pure Bred Akhal-Teke General Studbook, and that I personally may become legally and financially responsible for all potential damages to any persons effected by such wrongful information. In consideration for using the Akhal-Teke Horse Registry, Inc. assistance, I agree to release the Akhal-Teke Horse Registry, Inc., its officers, directors, and consultants from all liability that may result from incorrect entries in Akhal-Teke Horse Pedigrees or other parts of the registration documents.
